Steaks are cut to order, from the finest Certified Sterling Silver Beef, hand-selected from the 12% of all beef in Canada. The Diamond’s varied menu has choices for everyone, Steak, Seafood, Pasta, Pizza and Ribs. As well as their famous Prime Rib of Beef, offered every night in July and August and served on Weekends the rest of the year.
