On May 27th we are teaming up with Miradoro’s own Aussie GM, Sam Lymbery, and Chef Jeff van Geest for a long-table dinner featuring a delicious four-course Australian-inspired menu — each course paired with a Bartier Bros. wine and its Australian counterpart.

  • Fresh oysters on the half shell, cucumber mignonette – Riesling

  • Whole grilled rockfish, tropical fruit salsa – Chardonnay

  • Parilla roast lamb, mint salsa verde, grilled veg & potato salad, bacon & rocket – Syrah

  • Pavlova with passionfruit purée & fresh fruit – Brut / Moscato
