Chef Shawn Cheer and his team will collaborate with Canadian Butcher team member, Ronnie Keely and BC’s inaugural Best Butcher Michael Hecken, using local and sustainably sourced ingredients to assemble a family style feast set against a beautiful vineyard backdrop.
