April 1 – Jason Malloff – Modern Mexican – Back in Canada after 5 years working as a chef in Mexico, Jason joins the Miradoro team as Chef De Cuisine. This dinner will introduce Jason as he shares his take on modern Mexican cuisine.

April 8 – Tracey Bonneau – Join host Tracey, Syilx Storyteller, TV personality, writer and producer of Quest Out West as we bring you a dinner based on local indigenous & wild foods.

April 15 – Matt Martin – Guest Chef Matt Martin of Red Bird Brewing, Vice & Virtue & Mm…Sauce, joins us for a dinner featuring dinner showcasing the bold flavours of his modern, farm to table, Michelin trained techniques.

April 22 – Cucina Toscana – The region of Tuscany in Italy spans from the mountainous middle of Italy to the coast. The cuisine is rich and traditional with bold, authentic flavours. Simple dishes highlight quality ingredients.

April 29 – Canter Cellars – An evening featuring the wines from our friends at Canter Cellars, with delicious food pairings. Sara & Matt Kenyon, co-founders will be in attendance and winemaker Scott Robinson will be presenting wines.

May 6 – Basque Country Cuisine – Chef Jeff shares some of the delicious dishes from his recent trip to Northern Spain.

May 13 – Itameshi – Guest chef Ian Stilborn of Ward’s Wine Country Kitchen shares his innovative take on Italian influenced Japanese cuisine.

May 20 – Blue Mountain – Join us for a dinner featuring the classic BC wines of Blue Mountain Winery, hosted by our friend Christie Mavety.

May 27 – Aussie Day! – Our very own restaurant GM Sam collaborates with the kitchen on a menu featuring classic Australian dishes and side-by-side Australian and Bartier Bros. wine pairings. Guest host fellow Aussie Andrew Moon, Bartier Bros. viticulturist. Wine paired dinner $88.
