Spirit Ridge is pleased to offer a Wines of the World’ educational series, allowing beginners and wine enthusiasts to savour a wide range of wines. A ‘Virtual Vacation’ that promises to engage, enlighten, and entertain you. Participants will learn how to taste, evaluate, and appreciate wines through extensive coverage of the world’s most famous wine regions, including local culture, cuisine, art, and music. These two-hour classes demystify the often-complex world of wine by spanning diverse grape varieties and wine styles in a relaxed and unforced classroom setting.

Resident wine educator: Ingo Grady advocates that wine is thirsty work. His informative teaching methods provide the learner with user-friendly information, greater wine confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm. All the critical topics are covered: drinking and tasting, the red and white grapes, where and how wine is made, and the range of soft, serious, and fizzy styles. Moreover, his teaching style is professional but unpretentious, inspiring, and fun, and presented on a unique, personal level.
