Join Charlie and Jesce Baessler from Corcelettes as we taste through an award-winning selection of Corcelettes wines. Starting with their Method Traditionelle Micro Lot Series Sparkling Wine, followed by Estate Pinot Noir, Phoenix Merlot, the prestigious Talus and finishing it off with Gewürztraminer for a little bit of fun. The team at 15 Park has paired each dish to highlight the flavours and complexities of each wine.
