Our Winemaker’s Dinner Series features one-on-one conversations with winemakers, sommeliers and winery team members as they visit your table, creating special moments to connect over each course and every pour. ⁠

The team from Nk’Mip Cellars joins our team at 15 Park for a wine and food collaboration. Chef Shawn Cheer from Sweetgrass at Nk’Mip and our own Chef Jeffery Young have come together to create an unforgettable meal. The pair have worked their creative magic collectively for the starter and dessert as well as highlighting each of their talents on a main course. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Qwam Qwmt Series Wines to complete the experience.
